TRAVEL COMPANION & GROUP BOOKINGS

If you book a motorcycle rental or tour or other services for someone else through this website, you will need to submit that individual’s personal information. You must obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information, as any access to view or modify their information will be available only through your account.


INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES

We also may periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from affiliated entities, business partners and other independent third-party sources and add it to other information about you. Examples of information we may receive from our third-party suppliers include: updated address information, motorcycle preference, billing information, and demographic information.
As another example, if you access third-party services, such as social media services, through our Website or before coming to our Website, we may collect information such as your user name, IP address, and other information made available to us through those services. PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you make travel reservations with third-party suppliers facilitated by ADMO, we will have a service collecting payment information from you. This service is typically provided by PayPal but we might use other services as well. They will collect information including your credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, authentication code, and billing address. PayPal provide us with the technology that allows you to securely pay your deposit on third-party products and services. We will never share your payment information. Final payment of third-party products and services has to be paid to the supplier. The third-party supplier of the service you have booked through this platform will collect payment information from you separately and might contact you prior to your trip start.

ADMO does not store your payment information. Any payment information provided by you is stored with the service who collects this information from you, like Paypal and Authorize.net. They adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
ADMO will never have access to read or manage your payment information including your credit card number, expiration date or authentication code. Please note that ADMO acts only as an agent and gets paid a commission only for its marketing and booking service efforts unless otherwise specified. You agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s policies and procedures before making a reservation through ADMO.


COMMUNICATION

We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of this website and get in contact with motorcycle rental or other service suppliers. One way we do this is by forwarding your request, which contains information about your apparent service-related interests, direct to the third party supplier. For example, if you search for a motorcycle rental in Munich on our website and click the “Get Quote & Book” button, then you fill the web form and submit it, your product selection will be associated with your name and email address and submitted to the selected third-party supplier. By making an inquiry or booking through this site, you are authorizing us to disclose the information required to the suppliers you selected so they can complete the booking and deliver the related service. The supplier might contact you via email or other communication means to collect further details from you. These suppliers are not controlled by ADMO and personal information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable supplier’s privacy policy and security practices.

You may register with this website so you can access and update your contact information by visiting this website’s Member Profile page. You can close your account by contacting us.
